How MAKOTM Technology Works

1. Your surgeon will request a CT scan of your joint in order to generate a 3D model of your hip.

2. This model will be loaded into the Mako system software which helps the surgeon create a pre-operative plan.

3. In the operating room, the Mako system will guide the surgeon within pre-defined areas to ensure accurate placement and alignment of the new joint.

4. After the surgery, you will return home and begin your road to rapid recovery.
